Our Co-Founders
Our teams know this better than anyone - David, one of our Co-Founders, spent the last 15 years of his career leading HR teams at some of the UK’s largest organisations. Paired with Alexa’s scale-up experience, our amazing team is on a mission to build beautiful, digital tools that give HR professionals the confidence to make the right pay decisions.
