If you or your employer purchase access to our Platform, our HRDH Platform Agreement will also apply (HRDH Platform Agreement). If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of these Terms of Use and the HRDH Platform Agreement, the HRDH Platform Agreement shall prevail.

Our Website is made available free of charge. Fees in respect of the Platform are set out in the HRDH Platform Agreement.

This Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of our Free Trial offering, is designed to ensure that all users participating in the free trial of HRDH have a positive and productive experience. This policy outlines the acceptable and intended uses of our services during the trial period and helps prevent misuse which could affect the service quality for others.
1. Eligibility
The free trial is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to HR DataHub. Each user is eligible for one free trial period only.
2. Duration of Free Trial
The free trial of HR DataHub lasts for 7 days from the date of account activation. After the trial ends, you may choose to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using our services.
3. Access and Limitations
During the trial period, users will have access to basic features of the Platform. Certain premium features may be restricted and are available only in paid subscription plans.
4. Usage Policy
The free trial may not be misused or excessively used the resources beyond what is provided for a typical trial user, as this could impair the service quality for others.
5. Prohibition of Exploitative Behaviour
Organisations are prohibited from exploiting the free trial offerings in a manner that can be deemed excessive or abusive. Exploitative behavior includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to extend trial benefits beyond the intended duration, circumventing data or usage limits, and manipulating or otherwise bypassing system controls to gain unauthorized access to premium features.
6. Monitoring and Detection
HRDH employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect and prevent abusive or excessive usage of the free trial. This includes analysing usage patterns that deviate significantly from typical user behaviour during the trial period.
7. Consequences of Violations
In instances where an organization is found to be engaging in exploitative behaviour, HRDH reserves the right to take appropriate measures. These measures may include, but are not limited to:
a. Immediate termination of the free trial account(s).
b. Prohibition against future use of HRDH's services, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
c. Legal action, if necessary, to recuperate losses caused by the exploitative activities.
8. Discretion of Enforcement
The determination of what constitutes exploitative behavior and the decision on the appropriate corrective actions are at the sole discretion of HRDH. This decision will be final and not subject to external review.
9. Obligation to Cooperate
Organisations must cooperate fully with any investigations into suspected exploitative behavior. Failure to cooperate may result in additional penalties, including immediate suspension of all associated user accounts.
By participating in the free trial, organizations agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that failure to adhere to them may result in loss of access to HRDH's platform and services.
