Passed data submission, we score your HR performance using four measures evaluated from 1 to 100 (representation by level, representation by talent area, tenure by level, pay differentials by level).

Each category carries different weighting, as do each of the broad hierarchy levels.

No arbitrary scoring:- Score are defined relatively to your peer companies’ performance.- We use minimum quality thresholds so that best-of-the-worst companies won’t receive a great score if they are under the thresholds.
